Staff is great wonderful location particularly for seeing a show at Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Easy walk and very enjoyable. Love the town. Staff was great very friendly and hopeful. Everything was as it should’ve been! Room was maybe a little dated but perfectly clean and fully functional.
First time here. Room was very clean and no bad smells on the pillow cases! TV worked well and had decent programming. All lights worked. Thermostat worked well. Bathroom had full bottle shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap and lotion so no tiny bottles to struggle with. Towels could be softer. I couldn't get the automatic drape to go down so I used a hanger to clip the drapes together and that worked fine. Front desk lady was very pleasant. No complaints. Would stay again. Also the door has 3 types of locks so felt pretty safe.
Lizzy assisted with making my stay absolutely stupendous. She was very friendly and attentive to all my needs and believe me, I asked a lot. Her recommendations for what to eat locally were insightful and my girls and I ended up eating right at the hotel. Also, Becky, my apologies if I misspelled her name, is AMAZING!!! She gave me one of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had.
Giving all the kudos to Lizzy the fabulous bartender— went out of her way to diffuse a potentially stressful situation and made us feel like family! Great with a laugh, libation, and story to share! Thanks for making our stay extra memorable Lizzy!
We came here to stay for a wedding. I was expecting a decent quality hotel, but this Hilton outdid my expectations. The outside seating was stunning, with a great atmosphere for our family gathering. We had a good time being able to play in the lobby with the kindness of the hotel staff. When we came to our rooms at night the beds were very nice, clean and comfortable. The AC worked well for our wants in the room. I liked the bathroom and the quality of the products offered. The location of this place was quite convenient too - close to town and the National Park. I think this would be an amazing hotel if Saratoga Springs is a destination you want to go to.

We were just stopping the nt on the way to Vermont. We were traveling with our dog. The staff treated her like a princess I would have given this location 5 stars if they offered a continental breakfast with your stay
Five stars is for the service at the bar! I come here weekly for a night out and the bartender Lizzy has been so professional and lovely energy and interaction. The establishment is very cleanly and nice staff.
